This powerful tool makes it easier than ever to manage insights, track ownership, and take action to unlock potential savings for your organization.
Key Features at a Glance
Key Column: Each insight is assigned a unique identifier, or "key," allowing you to quickly reference specific insights.
Summary Column: A brief description of the insight is displayed here.
Insight Column: This provides the full information generated by BeamUp.
Status Column: This shows the current progress of each insight, with statuses like PENDING, OWNERSHIP TAKEN, WORK IN PROGRESS, RESOLVED, and ARCHIVED.
Ownership: Assign insights to specific team members to track actions and accountability.
Facility and Value: View the facility linked to each insight and the total value BeamUp calculated for it.
Insight Period: See when the insight was gathered, whether it’s from a week, month, quarter, or year.
Getting Started with the Insight Center
To access the Insight Center, simply click on the "Insights" button from the side menu on the Reports page. Once inside, you'll see the most relevant insights, neatly organized by the latest date and highest potential savings.
Customizing and Sorting Insights
You can easily sort any column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column title. Adjust the table’s filters at the top of the screen or use the "More" option to find additional filters.
View and Manage Insights
To dive deeper into a specific insight, click on its key or summary. This takes you to a detailed view where you can:
Review all the information gathered by BeamUp.
Track the status of the insight, which can be updated via a simple drop-down menu.
Assign or change the owner of the insight to ensure accountability.
See and act on additional insights in the "Individual Insight" section.
Advanced Features
Investigate Further: Individual Insights allow a deeper investigation, opening a new tab with more detailed data.
Comments and Resolution: Use the text fields at the bottom to document actions taken by your organization. You can also write comments.
"Go back" button
Whenever you want to navigate back to the prior screen—whether it's the insight table or a specific insight—simply click the "Go back" button at the top right corner of your screen.
Final Steps
Before marking an insight as RESOLVED, make sure to indicate whether there was an actionable outcome.
