This guide will walk you through using Report Filters, Date Ranges, Column Sorting and Using Hyperlinks to enable you to customize Reports.

01 Filter Icon

To easily filter your reports and dashboards, Navigate to the "Filter" icon near the top right of your screen.

02 Select Data

Then select the specific filters you would like to use.

03 Select Multiple Filters

For your convenience, there are a wide range of parameters you can use to filter and these will change depending on the dashboard you are working on.

04 Apply Filters

To save these filters, once all your selections have been chosen, click the Apply Filters button

05 Click "Jan 01 - Jun 24, 2024 (This Year)"

Applying Date Ranges can also be selected here.

06 Select Date Rates

You have the choice of selecting a pre-defined date range.

07 Customise Date Ranges

Alternatively, you can enter a customized date range.

08 Apply Date Ranges

Once chosen, click on the "Apply" button.

09 Apply KPIs

Where relevant, the timeframe for KPIs can also be specified.

10 Sort Data

To refine your search further in reports and tables it is easy to select ascending or descending arrows to sort the values for each column, and combine this with filtering to focus the output to your needs.

11 Use Hyperlinks

To drill down further into the specific data, you select and click on any Hyperlink.
