Welcome to the guide on the Incident Dashboard in Beamup. This guide will walk you through accessing and viewing your incident data to provide a better understanding of your operations.

01 Top Bar Data

The Top Bar allows you to see key data.

02 Access Tool Tips from Pie Charts

Hover over or click on Pie Charts to see the tooltips and get more granular information.

03 Use the Tool Tip Icon

Use the tooltip icon to see additional information on any table. In the Security Incidents table, you can see that data is normalized. Normalizing data might be done using different measures, such as square footage or the number of unique access entries, allowing you to compare different facility types in a consistent way.

04 Understanding Bar Charts

Clicking on, or hovering over bar charts also generates a tooltip. Bar charts provide an assessment of data compared to an average, represented by the vertical line. Bars below or touching the vertical line are shown in blue, while bars crossing the line and exceeding the average are shown in red, for ease of visual reference.

05 Drill Down Into Facilities

In the Security Incidents table, click on any site to drill down into more data

06 Dill into more data in Tables

and see how the security incidents are broken down and understand which incident types are trending higher than others.

07 Use the 'See More' link

Or click on 'See More' to view other sites.

08 Hover over charts to get more tooltips

On the Incident Status table, you can compare different incident types and see metrics about their current status by hovering over each bar.

09 Navigate back to the home page

Finally, at any time you can go to the top of the screen to navigate your way back to the main Incidents page.
